Surprisingly after finding Zen with most things in life,

I find the hardest part of my life to find a zen in right now is food, food is like anything in life important you find a happy balance, a love for food without too much an obsession one way or another. Its bad to crave food constantly and the same foods, processed sugars are a drug, and have to be careful with cakes, cookies, sweets, chips, fried foods and have balance with food
Vegetables, fruits, protein, whole grains, Min amount of carbs, dairy and keeping everything fresh, correct portions, and variety.
I find it hard to constantly eat everything, i do pretty well and then i bake a cake with friends or chocolate strawberries and i find myself in sugar binges and carb binges. Like anything in life if you want to be happy with your body and food, Zen must be found in all ways of nutriton, with food being the first. Once your balanced with food time to move onto balance with activity level, exercise and relaxation.
I try to keep a food journal now, it helps me see where i loose balance and surprisingly those are the days i also feel emotionally off balance, physically, and can;t sleep from sugar or have stomach aces/headaches.
